Welke gegevens wij verwerken

Wij verwerken alleen gegevens die u zelf aan ons verstrekt of die nodig zijn om onze diensten te leveren:

Naam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer (offerteaanvraag, contact, nieuwsbrief)
Adresgegevens (levering en legservice)
Gegevens over uw aanvraag, zoals vloeroppervlak en gewenste vloer
Statistische gegevens over websitebezoek, alleen na uw toestemming (zie het cookiebeleid)

Waarvoor wij uw gegevens gebruiken

Het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes (uitvoering van de overeenkomst)
Levering en het inplannen van de legservice (uitvoering van de overeenkomst)
Beantwoorden van vragen via e-mail, telefoon of WhatsApp (gerechtvaardigd belang)
Nieuwsbrief, alleen als u zich daarvoor aanmeldt (toestemming)
Websitestatistieken en advertenties, alleen na toestemming via de cookiebanner (toestemming)

Bewaartermijnen

Offerteaanvragen en correspondentie bewaren wij maximaal 2 jaar na het laatste contact. Facturen en administratie bewaren wij 7 jaar (wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht). Nieuwsbriefgegevens bewaren wij tot u zich afmeldt.

Met wie wij gegevens delen

Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit. Wij delen ze alleen met partijen die nodig zijn voor onze dienstverlening:

Formspree (verwerking van formulierinzendingen)
Google (statistieken en advertenties via Google Tag Manager, alleen na uw toestemming)
Vervoerders en leggers, voor zover nodig voor levering en montage

Met verwerkers sluiten wij verwerkersovereenkomsten. Doorgifte buiten de EER vindt alleen plaats onder passende waarborgen.

Uw rechten

U heeft recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en dataportabiliteit. Gegeven toestemming kunt u altijd intrekken. Stuur uw verzoek naar info@pvcvloeren-brabant.nl; wij reageren binnen 4 weken. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder een beveiligde verbinding (HTTPS) en beperkte toegang tot gegevens.

What data we process

We only process data that you provide to us or that is needed to deliver our services:

Name, email address and phone number (quote requests, contact, newsletter)
Address details (delivery and installation service)
Details about your request, such as floor area and preferred floor
Website statistics, only after your consent (see the cookie policy)

Why we use your data

Preparing and following up quotes (performance of the contract)
Delivery and scheduling of the installation service (performance of the contract)
Answering questions by email, phone or WhatsApp (legitimate interest)
Newsletter, only if you sign up (consent)
Website statistics and advertising, only after consent via the cookie banner (consent)

Retention periods

Quote requests and correspondence are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact. Invoices and administration are kept for 7 years (statutory tax obligation). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed for our services:

Formspree (processing of form submissions)
Google (statistics and advertising via Google Tag Manager, only after your consent)
Carriers and installers, insofar as necessary for delivery and installation

We conclude data processing agreements with processors. Transfers outside the EEA only take place with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@pvcvloeren-brabant.nl; we respond within 4 weeks. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to data.
