Why PVC
PVC is quiet, feels warm underfoot and is water resistant, so it works in the living room as well as the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Glue-down PVC is also one of the best floors on underfloor heating.
- Quiet, no hollow sound
- Water resistant
- Ideal on underfloor heating
- Hardly any maintenance
Glue-down or click
Glue-down (dryback) is the quietest and lies perfectly flat, and it transfers heat best. It needs a perfectly level subfloor, so we nearly always level first. Click floats on an underlay, is quicker to fit and can be taken with you when you move.
