Article 1. Identity

Article 2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, quotes, orders and agreements of PVC Vloeren Brabant, both for the supply of floors and for the installation service.

Article 3. Offers and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Obvious errors in an offer are not binding. Photos shown may show colour differences compared to the delivered product.

Article 4. Agreement

The agreement is concluded once you have accepted our offer in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and we have confirmed the order.

Article 5. Delivery

Stated delivery times are indicative. We deliver to the agreed address. You ensure the location is accessible and the room is clear and broom-clean on the agreed installation date.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the products. Excluded are products made to measure or specially ordered for you, and products that have already been installed or processed. Return costs are at your expense. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 7. Payment

Payment takes place as agreed in the quote or invoice. For installation work a deposit may be requested; the remainder is due after completion. In case of late payment, statutory interest and reasonable collection costs are due after a reminder.

Article 8. Installation service

We carry out installation work professionally. Levelling and preparatory work are only part of the assignment if stated in the quote. Additional work due to circumstances not visible or known when the quote was prepared (such as an unsound subfloor) is discussed in advance and charged separately.

Article 9. Warranty and conformity

You are entitled to a sound product and proper installation. Manufacturer warranties of the floor brands apply according to the manufacturer's conditions. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect maintenance, external moisture or use unsuitable for the product.

Article 10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

Article 11. Complaints

Report complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovery, via info@pvcvloeren-brabant.nl. We respond within 14 days and will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Article 12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
